NetApp employees volunteer in their communities
Employees are encouraged to volunteer during the workweek by taking advantage of 40 hours of paid Volunteer Time Off so they may use their time and talents to impact their favorite charities and local communities. Through our Match4Good program, they are also rewarded with a $15 per volunteer hour donation to their charity of choice.
Donate from day one with NetApp Serves and Community Connection
We welcome new hires to the NetApp Serves program by offering a $25 donation to their charity of choice that they can redeem on our Community Connection platform. We support the charities our employees care about with our Match4Good program, matching employee contributions of up to $1,000 per year.
I take it as a moral responsibility to give back to the society. This is the reason why I volunteer, and NetApp's Volunteer Time Off program makes sure of it.

Do you match employee contributions?
Yes, we match employees’ contributions by rewarding their time and monetary donations through our Match4Good program up to USD $1,000 per year.
